Oracle Service Delivery Manager

Only USC and GCMust Have Technical/Functional Skills● Must have min 12 yrs. experience in implementation / Support of Oracle EBS / Oracle Fusion products preferably SCM or Finance.Roles & Responsibilities● Overall, 20+ years of experience.● A solid technical background and understanding of Oracle Technology Products - Oracle EBS and Oracle Fusion● Proven experience in leading customer engagements in the Managed Delivery space.● Through an understanding of the ITIL Process and standard methodologies, PMP or ITIL certifications are preferred.Generic Managerial Skills, If any ● Experience in managing communication with CXO levels from the customer side, preferably the Manufacturing industry.● Strong contract governance experience while managing customer engagements.
