Pharmacy Outreach Specialist Location: Remote Job Type: Full-Time | Temporary Assignment Pay: $20.00 per hour We're hiring multiple Remote Pharmacy Outreach Specialists to support a large-scale healthcare initiative focused on improving medication adherence and patient outcomes. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates who thrive in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment and are comfortable making outbound calls to engage patients and encourage participation in healthcare programs. Assignment Details Full-time temporary position Expected start: Mid-August Assignment expected to continue through at least October, with the potential for extension based on business needs What You'll Do Make high-volume outbound calls to patients regarding their prescription medications. Educate and motivate patients to improve medication adherence. Build rapport, overcome objections, and encourage patient participation. Document interactions accurately while navigating multiple systems. Meet daily productivity, quality, and performance metrics. Ensure compliance with HIPAA and patient privacy standards. What We're Looking For Qualified candidates should have: Experience in outbound healthcare, pharmacy, or patient outreach. Confidence working toward daily call and performance goals. Strong communication and influencing skills. Previous success working remotely with minimal supervision. Excellent computer skills and the ability to multitask across multiple systems. Working knowledge of HIPAA and patient confidentiality requirements. Ideal Candidate This is not a traditional customer service role. The majority of your day will be spent making outbound calls, engaging patients, addressing concerns, and encouraging commitment to medication adherence while consistently meeting productivity expectations.
