6+ month contract to hire3 days a week onsite in Newtown Square PA or if you find someone who is open to relocation. Our Greater Philadelphia area client is looking for a MDM/RDM Architect for a permanent role by way of contract-to-hire. Position DescriptionArchitect MDM/RDM, ETL, and data integration solutions across on‑prem and Azure environmentsLead enterprise data architecture for EIM, including MDM, ERDM, data movement, and data servicesDesign and improve data sourcing from multiple on‑prem and external systemsGuide teams on provider data remediation, reporting, and regulatory/audit needsTranslate business HEDIS and data requirements into technical specificationsPrototype new data solutions with business partnersServe as the escalation point for complex technical issuesContribute to enterprise technology strategy and future‑state data architectureEnsure compliance with data architecture standards and technical integritySupport data virtualization, API integration, and service‑based data frameworksDrive data quality, reconciliation, integrity checks, and reusability improvementsDefine relationships with data owners and data providersWork independently to deliver projects on time, within scope and budget Required Skills12+ years of experience in data management, ETL, SQL, and MDM/RDMHands‑on expertise with Informatica IDQ/MDM, Informatica Multi‑Domain MDM, Informatica MDM SaaS, DataStage, SAS DMA, Azure Cloud, Data Lake, ADF, Oracle SQL Developer, SSMS, Tableau, Tidal, Git, and related toolsStrong SQL development skills (ANSI SQL, Azure SQL) and experience with data modeling and data relationshipsMandatory healthcare payer experience in MDM/RDMExperience with data analysis, data services, data publishing, and enrichmentBackground across the full SDLC: planning, design, build, testing, implementationKnowledge of healthcare data domains (claims, eligibility, providers, pharmacy, lab, ADT/CCDA)Ability to guide data quality monitoring, reconciliation, and integrity checksStrong problem‑solving, critical thinking, and stakeholder communication skillsBA/BS or equivalent experience; MS preferredTOGAF or relevant domain certifications preferredExperience with government health programs (Medicare/Medicaid) is a plus Bonus SkillsAzure Cloud architecture experienceExperience with multi‑domain MDM, ERDM, Informatica IDQ/MDM, ADF, Lakehouse, and analytics frameworksFamiliarity with HIPAA and healthcare regulatory requirementsPlease email to ABhaskhara@rcrotech.com and recruiter@rcrotech.com if you are interested
