Role Description This is a part-time hybrid role for a licensed Therapist, based in the New York City Metropolitan Area. The Therapist will provide one-on-one and group therapy sessions both in person and remotely, develop personalized treatment plans tailored to client needs, and maintain accurate client records. Responsibilities include conducting intake assessments, offering therapeutic interventions, and collaborating with other professionals as necessary to ensure a holistic approach to care. The Therapist may also assist in creating mental health resources and contribute to the overall development of wellness programs. Qualifications Licensed or credentialed to provide therapy in the state of New York (e.g., LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LMHC, or equivalent)Strong clinical skills including conducting assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, and applying evidence-based therapeutic interventionsProficiency in creating a safe, supportive, and culturally inclusive therapeutic environmentAbility to use digital tools for remote therapy sessions and maintain meticulous client documentationExcellent interpersonal and communication skills for collaborating with colleagues, clients, and familiesExperience or training in one or more therapeutic modalities such as CBT, DBT, trauma therapy, or family systems therapy is a plusMaster’s or Doctoral degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related fieldCommitment to ongoing professional development and adherence to ethical standards
