Requirements
15+ years in leadership roles, preferably in automotive
In-depth understanding of dealership operations
Strong communication skills with team leadership experience
Successful at executing corporate strategies
Relevant education in business or a related field
Lead with vision and strategic insight to enhance dealership performance throughout South Western Ontario.
