Job Title: Permanent Dental Assistant Location: Stony Point, NY 10980 Hours: Monday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Tuesday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Wednesday: Off Thursday: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM Friday: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM Saturday: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM (2x per month) Sunday: Closed Note: A 1-hour lunch break is provided on weekdays. No lunch break on Saturdays. Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Dental Assistant to join our team in Stony Point, NY. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in dental assisting and be proficient in using Dentrix Ascend, the cloud version of Dentrix. Responsibilities: Assist the dentist during dental procedures. Prepare patients for treatments and procedures. Sterilize and maintain dental instruments and equipment. Manage patient records using Dentrix Ascend. Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-operative care. Ensure a clean and organized workspace. Provide excellent patient care and comfort. Qualifications: Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Dental Assistant. Proficiency in Dentrix Ascend (cloud version of Dentrix). Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
