Dyno Packager As a Dyno Packager you play a big part of the team in providing the best, highest quality, and most reliable transmission in the industry. You are our last set of eyes and hands double checking everything is right before units get shipped. This is key and very important in the remanufacturing process of transmissions and to all our customers. Your day will be spent preparing units for shipment & prepping units for dyno testing following our process & procedures. That means you get the best of both worlds a tight-knit, no-nonsense culture with room to advance and make your mark.At ETE REMAN, we expect every team member to:Bring a positive attitude and support your teammatesFocus on quality and keep customer satisfaction at the center of everything you doFollow established policies and processes, while staying flexible as things evolveShow up on time, stay engaged, and work with passion, urgency, and focusAim to not only meet but exceed goalsMake continuous improvement a daily goalEssential Duties and Responsibilities:Prepare transmissions for shipment, prep units for dyno testing, inform supervisor of all issuesVisually and thoroughly inspecting units for defects, remove hoses, pressure test for leaksConfirm serial number and build sheet to job/order number to verify correct unit was built & being shippedDrain transmissions, get shipping pods, install brackets to secure torque convertorClean units after dyno testing, install all cap plugs, pressure tap plugs and labels for each particular unitEnsure all packaging goods, paperwork and instructions are correct for the unit and is placed in & on podUtilize computer system to monitor work load & customer shipping orders, process at min 4 units per hourFollow and use VKS on every unit to verify that the unit is built correctly and to ETE Reman standardsKeep an even work flow, follow process and procedures, sweep and mop job area throughout the daySuggest improvements, help train new personnel and work overtime when neededFollow directions from dyno operator, supervisors and managers, be proactive and helpfulMaintain a safe, clean and organized work environment, be at your workstation on time dailyEmbrace ETE Reman's Core ValuesQualifications:Ability to perform computer tasks, read measurements, specifications and part lists, be detail orientedMust be 18 years old, high school diploma preferred, automotive experience and mechanical ability a plusWillingness and understanding you will get dirty at times, and will have to work with chemicalsSkill and ability of working with your hands, hand tools (must provide your own) and other instrumentsAbility to lift 50 pounds, stand & work on your feet for 8+ hours a day and under pressure at timesHave a Can-Do Attitude, with good time management, communication and decision-making skillsSelf-starting and motivated; believe in teamwork and uphold the ability to always help othersAdhere to all safety rules, give it your all every day, must have regular, reliable, and predictable attendance
