Post Acute Care Physician / Primary Care Physician - Ellsworth, ME

Seeking Board Certified Geriatricians, Internists, and Family Practitioners to join a dedicated team providing comprehensive on-site medical care in post-acute, rehab, long-term care, and assisted living settings.Provide face-to-face primary care to a diverse patient population, including short-term rehab and complex geriatric cases in skilled nursing facilities.Participate in monthly educational sessions and clinical outcomes reviews to improve clinical expertise.Work collaboratively with Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants to ensure coordinated patient care.Earn a competitive salary up to $300,000 annually with incentive pay based on productivity, along with benefits such as liability coverage, PTO, CME, insurance options, 401(k), and life insurance.Must have current medical license, D.E.A. certification, and be board eligible or certified.This full-time role offers a flexible schedule, Monday to Friday, with in-person work required.
