Core Duties Categorize, launder, and organize linens following our standard protocols. Ensure laundry machinery remains functional and well-maintained to support efficient operations. Examine textiles for defects or spots to ensure high-quality output. Help keep the laundry workspace tidy and orderly to improve team workflow. Follow all health and safety guidelines to foster a secure environment for everyone. Support the team by tracking and managing laundry supply stock levels. Maintain clear and consistent communication with your supervisor and coworkers. Requirements A high school diploma or its equivalent is preferred. Prior background in laundry operations or similar work is beneficial. Capable of standing for long durations and lifting substantial weights to meet physical demands. Demonstrate sharp attention to detail and the ability to execute specific tasks accurately. Exhibit strong time management skills to ensure tasks are completed efficiently. Possess a foundational knowledge of cleaning agents and laundry machinery. Bring a proactive mindset and a genuine desire to develop new skills. Available Schedules Choose between a 3-day work week with 12-hour shifts beginning at 3 am, or a 5-day work week with 8-hour shifts starting at 5 am. Compensation Earn between $15.50 and $17.50 per hour, with rates determined by your specific department and shift schedule. Key Proficiencies Handling heavy materials safely. Meeting all physical demands of the role. Previous work history within a manufacturing setting.
