Healthcare Compliance Counsel

Healthcare Compliance Counsel, a full-time position, is responsible for supporting the development and oversight of compliance programs, managing audits and regulatory matters, and providing legal guidance on healthcare compliance issues. Key Responsibilities Support the development and implementation of enterprise compliance programs and infrastructure Lead client, government, and internal audit activities, including Medicaid and Medicare Advantage audits Provide legal and regulatory guidance related to healthcare compliance and assist with investigations and issue resolution Required Qualifications Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school Active bar license in good standing 3+ years of experience in healthcare law, healthcare compliance, or a related regulatory role Working knowledge of Medicaid, Medicare Advantage, HIPAA, and healthcare regulatory frameworks Experience supporting audits, investigations, corrective action plans, and risk assessments
