Server/Waiter/Waitress

Our college servers are leaving soon! AND expanding to dinner service on weekends! We are hiring! Overview: We are seeking dedicated Servers to join our team. As a Server, you will play a key role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring guest satisfaction. Responsibilities: Greet and seat guests in a friendly and courteous manner - Take food and beverage orders accurately - Deliver food and beverages promptly - Provide menu recommendations and upsell specials - Handle cash transactions and operate the POS system - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area - Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders - Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly Skills: Experience in the food industry with knowledge of kitchen operations and culinary terms - Strong guest service skills with a focus on customer satisfaction - Proficiency in food preparation, handling, and serving standards - Ability to upsell menu items and promote specials effectively - Familiarity with POS systems and cash register operations, preferably TOAST- Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and team members efficiently Join our team as a Server to showcase your hospitality skills, provide exceptional service, and contribute to creating memorable dining experiences for our guests.
