Job Description Job Title: Contingent Business Analyst DescriptionSeeking a Business Analyst to join the Business Operations Services (BOS) department. This role supports small- to medium-sized initiatives that enhance service excellence, operational efficiency, and customer loyalty across Financial Services.The Business Analyst partners with business teams, IT, AHFC centers, and vendors to analyze business needs, support project execution, ensure compliance, and strengthen operational readiness and business continuity. Key ResponsibilitiesSupport planning and execution of projects and process enhancementsPartner with IT, business teams, and vendors to resolve issues and deliver solutionsPerform business analysis, risk assessments, and business impact analysesPrepare operational and management status reportsCreate and maintain business process documentationCommunicate business strategies, policies, and changes to stakeholdersSupport business continuity efforts and assist during crisis events QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business or related field preferred3–5 years of experience, preferably in financial servicesStrong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environmentBusiness continuity experience a plusCompany DescriptionTechLink Systems is a national provider of staffing services with offices all over the USA as well as development and support centers globally.
