We're looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Office Administrator to join our team and help keep our operations running smoothly.Job SummaryAs a Branch Operations Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring the day-to-day administrative operations of our office are efficient and well-managed.Key ResponsibilitiesReceive incoming ordersComplete order fulfillment from the warehouseMaintain a highly organized warehouse space and inventoryTrack orders and inventoryGeneral office administration to include but not limited to managing office supplies, inventory, and place orders as neededAssist in coordination of service Manage the opening and closing of services ticketsAssist with company eventsSupport management and team with administrative tasks as neededOther duties as assigned QualificationsProficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Excellent organizational skillsAbility to work independently and collaborativelyNetSuite experience is a plusJD Edwards experience is a plusAbility to lift up to 30lbsBenefitsStone wants to elevate your professional growth!
