Evolution Group is seeking a Client Relations Associate in Austin to serve as a trusted point of contact for our business clients. The Client Relations Associate will listen to their needs, provide guidance around AT&T's services, and support sales conversations from start to finish. As a Client Relations Associate, you'll bring high-speed internet and wireless solutions to our business clients in person. Your mission? Get out into the local market, meet entrepreneurs and decision-makers, and show them how AT&T Business high-speed internet and wireless services can transform the way they operate. *Responsibilities of the Client Relations Associate*

• Meet business clients in person to introduce AT&T Business solutions that improve everyday workplace operations and open clear sales opportunities.
• Engage clients in person, recommend connectivity options that enable faster cloud access and reliable network performance, and guide them toward a purchase.
• Guide clients through in-person sales conversations that highlight practical value and convert genuine interest into strong sales.
• Build trust during in-person sales conversations by offering clear, patient support that makes upgrading to AT&T Business easy and beneficial.
• Convert sales discussions into strong sales by presenting solutions that enhance remote work, client connectivity, and team collaboration.
• Collaborate with fellow Client Relations Associates to reach more business clients and consistently convert leads into closed sales.

*Qualifications of the Client Relations Associate*

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Passion for telecommunications, sales, or customer service is a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal skills that foster long-term customer relationships.
• Ability to translate customer questions into clear, helpful sales solutions.
