Physician / Family Practice / Outpatient Clinic Job Responsibilities and Requirements The Family Practice Physician will be responsible for planning and implementing primary care services to patients per health care plan and written protocols. The Family Practice Physician provides primary, secondary and tertiary care, including counseling and referral within multidisciplinary team. Additional responsibilities and requirements for the Family Practice Physician include: Monday Friday (40 hours a week) 18-22 patient call by phone 1:6 Full support staff Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Practice required Documentation of completion of education as Medical Doctor (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) ?If medical education was obtained outside of the U.S., documentation from the ECFMG is required.
