Job Title: Transition Manager – Oracle Fusion AMS Experience: 15+ Years Location: New York , USA Employment Type: Full-Time OverviewWe are looking for an experienced Transition Manager to lead the end-to-end transition of Application Management Services (AMS) for Oracle Fusion applications across HCM, SCM, ERP, and Technical tracks.The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing large-scale application transitions, vendor handovers, knowledge transfer activities, governance processes, SLA/KPI tracking, and stakeholder management in enterprise ERP environments.Key ResponsibilitiesTransition PlanningDevelop and execute detailed transition plans and roadmaps.Manage project timelines, milestones, dependencies, and resource planning.Ensure alignment across all functional and technical workstreams.Stakeholder ManagementAct as the primary liaison between outgoing vendors, business teams, IT leadership, and external partners.Facilitate governance meetings and cross-functional collaboration.Knowledge Transfer ManagementManage knowledge transfer activities including:Technical documentationOperational processesWorkflow proceduresSystem access managementOversee shadowing and reverse-shadowing sessions.Risk & Issue ManagementIdentify transition risks and implement mitigation strategies.Track and resolve operational and technical issues.Escalate critical issues when required.SLA & KPI GovernanceMonitor KPIs and SLAs throughout the transition lifecycle.Ensure uninterrupted service continuity and operational readiness.Compliance & DocumentationEnsure compliance with security, privacy, and regulatory requirements.Maintain detailed transition documentation and governance reports.Required Qualifications15+ years of transition management experience.Strong AMS (Application Management Services) transition experience.Oracle Fusion ERP experience preferred.Experience supporting:HCMSCMERPTechnical support tracksStrong stakeholder and vendor management skills.Experience with SLA/KPI governance.Knowledge transfer management expertise.Experience in compliance-driven enterprise environments.Preferred SkillsOracle Fusion implementation/support experience.ITIL or PMP certification.Global delivery transition experience.Strong executive communication and reporting skills.
