Handy Person Assistant (Seasonal) - Vacation Rentals

We are seeking a reliable and skilled Handyperson to assist with the upkeep of our vacation rental properties. Reporting to the Branch Manager, this position involves general maintenance, minor repairs, and ensuring a high standard of service for our guests.Job Type: Seasonal (May – September)Schedule: Full-time (40 hours per week, weekends required, days off during the week)Key ResponsibilitiesAssist with general property upkeep and basic maintenance tasks.Travel between the main office and various rental properties throughout the day.Handle routine maintenance tasks such as replacing lightbulbs, collecting trash and delivering to the city dump.Assist with transporting supplies, gas grills, window air conditioning units, and other miscellaneous items as needed.Provide excellent customer service while interacting with guests and property owners.Support the office handy person with various day-to-day operational needs.Qualifications & RequirementsValid Driver’s License (required).Strong verbal communication and customer service skills.Ability to work independently with a flexible schedule.Ability to lift and move supplies and equipment as needed.Preferred: Open-bed pickup truck or van for transporting various items such as garbage to the city dump, gas grills, window air condition units plus various supplies and tools.If you are dependable, enjoy hands-on work, and like working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.
