Responsibilities: Learn Basics of all Alarm.Com Security Intrusion and CCTV System InstallationLearn Basics of all Alarm.Com Panel / Device ProgrammingManage installation projects for Residential & Small Business to completion.Provide support to customers for service and repairs on their Alarm.Com SystemFamiliar with Hand Tools for installation of Alarm & CCTV SystemWilling to pull wire in Attics, drop tile ceiling, and Crawl spaces at timesProblem Solver - Find Solutions on your own without much supervision,Promoting safety by being alert to observe, correct and report any hazards.Contributes to team effort to complete projects.Grow in your skills and Grow with DSI to learn more about Access Control & NetworksHaving a good understanding and following DSI's Code of Ethics and Employee Standard.Present oneself in a professional manner through appearance and conduct. Position Requirements: Be at least 21 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent.Have a valid driver's licenseHave reliable means of transportation and communicationPass all required background and drug screeningsBe customer service orientedEffective written and oral communication skills.Ability to stand/walk for twelve hours with no limitations on "normal" bending, lifting, climbing stairs or stooping.
