Senior Environmental Engineer (Air Permitting)Location: Green River, WY | Full-Time | On-site (relocation assistance available)A large industrial manufacturing operation is seeking a Senior Environmental Engineer to lead site air permitting and compliance programs. This role serves as the subject matter expert for state and federal air quality regulations and supports operational and capital projects at a continuous-process facility.Key Focus AreasLead air permitting strategy and regulatory compliance (Title V, NSR, PSD, NSPS, NESHAP)Prepare permit applications, emissions calculations, and compliance reportsPartner with operations on equipment changes and new projectsManage stack testing, consultants, audits, and agency interactionsSupport training, recordkeeping, and sustainability emissions reportingQualificationsBS in Environmental Science, Engineering, Chemistry, Biology, or related field6+ years of air permitting/compliance experience in an industrial settingStrong Title V experience requiredPE, CACP, CEP, or ISO 14001 certifications preferredIdeal Candidate Self-directed, detail-oriented professional with strong regulatory knowledge, project management skills, and the ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced industrial environment.**Only qualified individuals will be contacted**
