Lead Construction Worker

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Construction Leader to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee & assist in various construction tasks, ensuring that projects are completed safely and efficiently. This role requires excellent communication skills, physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with other team members on-site. Duties Oversee & assist in the preparation and cleanup of construction sites. Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment. Operate basic construction tools and machinery as needed. Give instructions to other laborers and skilled tradespeople. Maintain a clean and organized work environment. Perform physical tasks such as digging, lifting, and carrying materials. Adhere to safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe working environment. Experience Previous experience in construction or a related field is a must. Familiarity with basic hand tools and power tools. Ability to give, understand, and follow verbal instructions. Strong physical stamina and the ability to perform manual labor for extended periods. Willingness to help other team members to learn new skills and techniques in the construction trade.
