R&D Software Verification/Testing, Dev Engineer Consultant

Location: Bay Area Experience: 3-5 Yrs Position Description Will perform internal testing on leading edge High Availability and Adaptive Computing products. *Responsibilities include developing test plans and carrying out tests, automating testing, and using a bug tracking system. Primary responsibility is software test development and automation. Requirements Requires BS/MSCS plus 3-5 related years* experience. Must have experience programming in Linux/Unix. Knowledge of Solaris/Linux system administration and networking is required (basic knowledge and a bit more! e.g DNS, Networking & UNIX). Ability to write automated tests in C/C++, sh, Perl, and other scripting languages required. Good experience in using automated test tools. Familiarity with clustering a plus. Should have a lot of Initiative, be a Team player and Communicate well. Salary We offer an attractive compensation package for the right candidate with competitive pay.
