Responsibilities Perform general maintenance and repairs on residential and commercial properties. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to plumbing, electrical systems, carpentry, and other areas. Conduct routine inspections to identify potential problems before they escalate. Maintain a clean and organized work environment. Skills Proficient in using hand tools, power tools, and equipment necessary for various repair tasks. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot issues effectively. Knowledge of basic electrical systems, plumbing, carpentry, and general maintenance practices. Experience using an ohmmeter for electrical testing is highly desirable. Excellent communication skills to interact with clients professionally. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team when required.
