You'll get hands-on experience working with real client projects and collaborating across teams.Assist with organizing and tracking project timelines from kickoff to final deliveryHelp gather and organize materials like floor plans and client informationSupport sending project updates and proof materials to clientsKeep project notes, files, and updates accurate in internal systemsWork with different teams (Operations, Cartography, Sales) to keep projects on trackHelp monitor project progress and flag any delays or missing informationAssist with both new projects and smaller updates to existing onesLearn how to manage client communication and expectationsHow projects move from initial order to final deliveryBest practices for client communication and follow-upsUse of internal tools (like Monday.com, Google Workspace, and more)How cross-functional teams collaborate to deliver a final productGuided training and working closely with Senior Director of Operations, Team Leads, and Project Managers.Gradually take on more responsibility as you get comfortableBe given a manageable workload to support the team and build your skillsHourly Rate: $20.00
