Senior Project ManagerPosition OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to oversee commercial concrete construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing concrete-related projects and will be responsible for ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage multiple construction projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget.Collaborate with clients, architects, and subcontractors to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.Develop detailed project plans, including schedule, budget, and resource allocation.Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies as necessary.Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards throughout the project lifecycle.Conduct regular site visits to assess project status and address any issues that arise.Prepare and present project updates to stakeholders and senior management.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.Minimum of 7 years of experience in project management within the construction industry.Proven experience in managing concrete construction projects.Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.Experience with flatwork, vertical construction, commercial, high-rise, and health care projects is preferred.Benefits
