Manager, Digital Content & MarketingWe’re partnering with a growing organization looking for a creative and strategic Manager, Digital Content & Marketing to lead brand and content initiatives during an exciting period of growth.This is a hands-on leadership role focused on building a cohesive brand presence across digital, print, and physical environments. You’ll work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to bring a unified vision to life and create impactful marketing experiences.What you’ll be doing:Translate brand strategy into scalable, cohesive design systemsCreate and oversee a wide range of assets across digital, print, and environmental brandingPartner with internal stakeholders to align creative direction with business goalsDevelop and maintain brand standards, templates, and workflowsManage external vendors including photographers, videographers, and agenciesLead creative brainstorming and contribute to campaign strategyStay on top of design and digital marketing trends, bringing new ideas forwardSupport initiatives across multiple locations (some travel required)What they’re looking for:6+ years of experience in branding, marketing, and content creationStrong design background with experience across digital and physical assets (signage, print, etc.)Ability to simplify complex ideas into clear, engaging visual contentExperience working cross-functionally in fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environmentsProficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro)Strong communication and project management skillsBachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or related fieldThis is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys blending strategy with hands-on creative work and wants to make a visible impact on a growing brand.
