We are seeking a skilled professional to manage and optimize our supply planning processes, ensuring seamless operations across various regions.ResponsibilitiesManage a global supply plan for assigned products to maximize service levels and optimize working capital in line with global business guidelines.Translate business and inventory needs into supply requirements to support commercial regions including US, Canada, EMEA, LATAM, and CASAJ.Engage with regional planning teams to manage long-term product supply shortages, set inventory targets, and support manual allocation strategies.Operational ManagementAdjust purchase orders to reflect accurate supply visibility for regional teams.Track shipments to ensure timely and appropriate delivery to regions.Propose allocations during short supply situations and manage allocations in LOTS/SAP.Manage Planning Master Data to support accurate information flow to regions and plants.Collaborate with the plant to understand capacity resources and lead product changes and launches.IBP & S&OE Process FacilitationSet up monthly plant Supply consensus meetings and participate in the Long-Term Planning process.Collect and review information to determine global allocation plans accurately.Execute allocation plans from the Integrated Business Planning Process to regional supply chain teams.Lead S&OE meetings with the Plant and Regions, validating weekly volume changes and providing inventory projections.Business Performance ManagementAchieve global performance metrics of back order, line fill, and inventory levels.Support business launch strategies from a supply chain perspective, including start-up lines and shelf-life management.Promote continuous improvement and cost reduction initiatives.Execute manual allocation of products to regional distribution hubs.Work with regional supply chain teams to optimize the distribution network and coordinate with local warehouse and transportation functions.Education/ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or Operations.5 years of experience in Supply Planning.Experience with SAP (APO, SCM DP/SP) and knowledge of Kinaxis is a plus.Strong data analytics skills in Excel and Power BI.Proven experience with inventory management and network optimization.Knowledge of Lean techniques and Six Sigma.CompetenciesStrong interpersonal skills in verbal and written communications, customer focus, and professionalism.Excellent listening, questioning, problem-solving, and assessment skills.Knowledge of demand, supply, and transportation planning.Customer-centric focus.Ability to manage multiple priorities diligently.CertificationsAPICS Certification is a plus.
