This Is for You If:You thrive under pressure and make fast, independent decisions.You are a Lean fanatic (Root Cause Analysis, TPM, Waste Elimination).You are Data-Driven—you use lagging metrics to build your project roadmap.You have experience in Turnarounds or Rapid Scaling.Your Core Responsibilities:Drive Production: Manage mid-to-high volume assembly with a focus on quick SLA turnaround times.Build Systems: Move from \"tribal knowledge\" to scalable, documented processes.Execute Lean: Implementation of Lean fundamentals to optimize workflows and reduce costs.Lead the Frontline: Manage and mentor a diverse team (Must be fluent in Spanish & English).Own the Metrics: Define, track, and hit KPIs that move the needle on growth and efficiency.What You Bring:Experience: Proven track record in light manufacturing, logistics, or complex assembly.Mindset: A \"High Standards\" leader who holds people accountable and plays to win.Technical Skill: Analytical enough to build data-driven projects; tactical enough to fix a line stoppage.
