Responsibilities of our Used Car Sales Manager: Oversee the daily operations of the used car department, ensuring efficient inventory management and sales processes Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly targets and maximize profitability. Manage the sales pipeline, ensuring that all leads are followed up on promptly and effectively. Train, mentor, lead, and motivate the sales team to enhance performance and customer service levels. Maintain accurate records of inventory, including pricing, condition, and availability of vehicles. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction. Requirements of our Used Car Sales Manager: Proven experience in a dealership environment, specifically in used car management or related roles. Strong background in sales management with demonstrated success in achieving targets. Familiarity with retail math principles and inventory control practices. Proficiency in using dealership software for managing inventory and sales processes is highly desirable.
