This role will serve as a strategic partner to the CIO and help ensure technology investments deliver measurable business value.Key ResponsibilitiesPortfolio & PMO LeadershipLead IT portfolio governance, project prioritization, planning, and reporting.Establish PMO standards, processes, and best practices.Facilitate executive governance meetings and steering committees.Transformation & Change ManagementLead organizational change management efforts for technology initiatives.Develop communication, training, and adoption strategies.Drive successful implementation and user adoption of new technologies.IT Process & Operational ExcellenceImprove IT processes, governance, and service management practices.Define KPIs, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives.Support audit readiness and operational effectiveness.M&A Technology IntegrationLead IT integration activities for acquisitions and divestitures.Manage Day 1, Day 30, and Day 100 integration plans.Coordinate infrastructure, applications, security, identity, and support transitions.Financial & Resource ManagementPartner with Finance on budgets, forecasts, and vendor management.Monitor resource capacity and technology investment performance.LeadershipBuild and mentor PMO, OCM, and transformation teams.Collaborate with business and technology leaders across the organization.Required Qualifications10+ years of progressive IT leadership experience.5+ years leading an IT PMO, EPMO, Portfolio Management Office, Transformation Office, or IT Business Operations function.Proven success in enterprise program management, portfolio governance, executive reporting, and delivery assurance.Demonstrated experience leading organizational change management initiatives for large-scale technology programs.Strong background in IT operating model transformation, process improvement, ITSM, governance, controls, and performance management.Experience supporting CIO, executive leadership, and Board-level reporting and decision-making.Bachelor''s degree in Information Systems, Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.Preferred Qualifications:Experience leading M&A technology integrations, carve-outs, or divestitures.Background in acquisition-driven, multi-site, or private-equity-backed organizations.Working knowledge of:ERP and CRM platformsCloud technologies (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud Platform)Identity & Access Management (Entra ID, Okta, Active Directory)Cybersecurity and Infrastructure OperationsData & Analytics PlatformsServiceNow and ITSM platformsAgile, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery methodologiesPreferred CertificationsPMP, PgMP, or PfMPSAFe and/or Certified Scrum Master (CSM)Prosci / ADKARITIL v4Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt or Black Belt)M&A Integration CertificationWhy Join Us?This is a highly visible leadership opportunity to partner directly with the CIO and shape the future of enterprise technology delivery, governance, transformation, and integration.
