This role is responsible for company-wide financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and performance analysis. The ideal candidate will bring strong SaaS finance experience, deep analytical skills, and the ability to influence business strategy through data-driven insights.This position reports to the CFO and collaborates closely with departmental leaders across the organization, primarily VP of Professional Services, Sales Operations Director and Financial Controller.Key Responsibilities:Financial Planning & ForecastingLead monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasting processes for company-wide revenue, costs, and marginsDevelop driver-based financial models for recurring revenue, customer retention, headcount, and departmental budgetsPartner with leaders to manage operating plans, headcount, and expense forecastsBusiness Partnering & Strategic SupportAct as a trusted advisor to department heads, providing financial insights that drive operational and strategic decisionsSupport contract structuring, pricing, and profitability analysisReview key initiatives (e.g., new product launches, marketing programs, services engagements) for financial viability and ROIReporting & AnalysisDeliver accurate and timely financial reports, dashboards, and KPIs for executive and departmental stakeholdersMonitor performance against budgets, identify risks and opportunities, and recommend corrective actionsAnalyze company-wide profitability by multiple dimensionsAccounting & Revenue RecognitionPartner with Accounting to ensure accurate and compliant revenue recognition under ASC 606 for SaaS and services contractsSupport reconciliations of deferred revenue, project margins, and key balance sheet accountsAssist in audit preparation and internal control complianceOperational ExcellenceDrive continuous improvement in financial planning, reporting, and operational processesCollaborate with HR and department leads to align headcount planning with business prioritiesLead or participate in system and process automation initiatives to improve financial efficiencyCompliance & GovernanceEnsure compliance with GAAP, internal policies, and audit standardsSupport internal controls and financial governance processesContribute to financial risk management and compliance efforts across global operationsRequirementsQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA or strong accounting background preferred) 9+ years of progressive finance/accounting experience in a SaaS or technology companyStrong understanding of SaaS metrics (ARR, CAC, LTV, Churn, Gross Margin) and financial modelingDeep knowledge of ASC 606 revenue recognition for subscription and professional services contractsExperience supporting multiple business functions with forecasting, budgeting, and performance analysisHands-on experience with financial systems such as Datarails, Salesforce, Certinia, and ERP/FP&A toolsAdvanced Excel skills and the ability to build scalable financial modelsExcellent communication, stakeholder management, and business partnering skillsWhy Join Us:At Aravo Solutions, Inc., we offer a dynamic and inclusive work environment where employees are encouraged to innovate, grow, and make a meaningful impact.
