Business Develop Manager
Responsibilities:
Actively developing new customers, maintaining customer relationships, exploring potential customers in Puerto Rico.
Develop and maintain a customer pipeline.
Identifying customer needs and suitable solutions.
Prepare and assists in the sales action plans and sales strategies.
Negotiate and agree commercial terms with the client, and conclude legal contracts.
Collect market information, identifying and sharing insight gained from clients and other market contacts.
Job requirement:
Over 2 years of business developing experience in express industry, with customer resources of terminal (last mile/smallparcel) delivery.
Familiar with the local market and resources of Puerto Rico.
Proven Sales track record and appetite for new business acquisition;
Advance commercial & financial understanding and communication/presentation skills.
Strong negotiation skills, flexible attitude.
Fluent in English and Spanish .
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
