Job DescriptionRole Overview: We’re seeking a high-energy, motivated Outside Sales Rep who excels at generating new business and driving growth. This role is all about hunting down new sales opportunities and converting them into loyal clients. You will be the primary ambassador for GoldLeaf, responsible for aggressively pursuing leads, nurturing client relationships, and achieving ambitious sales targets. You’ll collaborate closely with the Sales Manager to strategize and implement effective sales initiatives. If you have a vast network of business owners and contacts, you are encouraged to apply. Earning potential of $150K plus.Key Responsibilities:Pursue New Business: Actively seek out and secure new sales leads, transforming prospects into customers. Cultivate Relationships: Build and maintain robust relationships with existing clients, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction. Promote DigiFlo: Demonstrate the value of our DigiFlo SaaS platform to potential clients, highlighting its benefits in enhancing efficiency and optimizing operations. Sales Outreach: Conduct proactive outbound calls and respond to inbound inquiries with the goal of driving sales. Strategic Collaboration: Partner with the Sales Manager to develop and execute innovative sales strategies and campaigns. Product Expertise: Gain a deep understanding of our print and packaging solutions to effectively convey their benefits to clients. CRM Management: Maintain and update customer information in our CRM system to ensure accuracy and follow-up. Sales Targets: Consistently achieve and surpass sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs). Reporting: Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities and performance to management. Requirements:Sales Experience: At least 1 year of experience in B2B sales, ideally within the Print and Packaging sector. Proven Success as a Hunter: Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, with strong interpersonal skills. Negotiation Skills: Skilled in negotiation and closing sales deals effectively. Self-Starter: Ability to work independently with a proactive and driven approach. Tech Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with HubSpot CRM or similar sales software.
