Position Overview: We are seeking a reliable and motivated Shift Lead to help support our Store Manager and oversee day-to-day operations. The Shift Lead will be responsible for running shifts independently, ensuring smooth service, and supporting our FOH team. This is a great opportunity for someone with leadership experience in food service who is ready to step up and grow with an exciting brand. Responsibilities (may include, but not limited to): Supervise FOH team during assigned shifts and lead by example Open and close the store, ensuring all tasks are completed to standard Assist with scheduling and shift coverage when needed Support with inventory management and ordering (including produce and supplies) Ensure food quality, safety, and cleanliness standards are consistently met Train, coach, and motivate team members to deliver excellent guest service Handle guest issues with professionalism and positivity Communicate effectively with Store Manager about shift performance and needs What We’re Looking For: Previous experience in food service or retail leadership (Shift Lead, Key Holder, Supervisor, etc.) Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to multitask and problem solve in a fast-paced environment Positive, team-first attitude with a passion for hospitality Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holiday mall hours Reliable and self-motivated—someone who can “run the show” when the manager is offsite Compensation & Perks: Pay: $18–$20/hour depending on experience Tip pool shared among team members Employee discounts on food & drinks 401k Opportunity for growth and advancement as we expand Details: Location: Roll & Co – Brea Mall Food Court Position Type: Part-time to Full-time, depending on availability and performance
