The CEO will be responsible for overseeing the overall management, strategic direction, and operational policies of the company. Responsibilities include leading financial planning, driving operational efficiency, developing business strategies, fostering growth in sales, and creating and implementing long-term strategic initiatives. The CEO will collaborate with stakeholders, inspire the leadership team, and ensure that organizational objectives are achieved effectively. Qualifications Proven expertise in Finance, including budgeting, financial planning, and financial forecastingDemonstrated experience in Operations Management, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness of processesStrong skills in Business Planning and Strategic Planning to guide organizational growth and successExperience in Sales and a track record of driving revenue growth and market expansionExceptional leadership, communication, and decision-making abilitiesAbility to collaborate with diverse stakeholders and drive alignment on key objectivesPrevious experience as a senior leader or executive in a relevant industry is highly desirableBachelor's or advanced degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
