Key Responsibilities: Customer Service: Greet customers warmly, understand their needs, and provide personalized shopping assistance to ensure a memorable shopping experience for each visitor to Swish Studios Vegas. Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of the sneakers, designer brands, and streetwear products available in the store. Stay up-to-date with current trends in the fashion industry to offer informed recommendations to customers. Sales and Upselling: Proactively engage with customers to promote products, make recommendations, and upsell complementary items, effectively increasing sales revenue. Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining the organization and visual presentation of merchandise on the sales floor. Participate in regular inventory counts and stock replenishment to ensure products are readily available for customers. Consignment Process: Familiarize yourself with the consignment process and work with customers to facilitate the smooth acceptance of their consignment items, ensuring accurate documentation and adherence to store policies. Cash Handling and Point-of-Sale (POS): Operate the POS system confidently, process transactions accurately, and handle cash and electronic payments efficiently. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the Swish Studios Vegas team to achieve store goals, contribute to a positive work environment, and support the success of the store as a whole. Qualifications and Skills: Previous retail sales experience is preferred, especially in the fashion or sneaker industry. Passion for sneakers, designer brands, and streetwear fashion. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor. Strong customer service focus with the ability to actively listen to customers' needs and preferences. Detail-oriented with the ability to maintain organization and cleanliness within the store. Comfortable with using technology and POS systems for processing transactions. Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
