Job Title: Supplier Payment Process Design Process ManagerDuration: 13+ Months (W2 contract)Location: Nashville, TN onsite 5 days/week (will consider a hybrid schedule with 2 days onsite as the current team is hybrid until the Return to Office 5 days/week in September 2026)Note: Looking for W2 candidates only (No C2C/3rd party)Job Overview:We are looking for a Finance Operations / P2P Process Manager to lead process documentation and optimization for global supplier payment operations. This role focuses on end-to-end Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes, ensuring standardization, compliance, and efficiency using technology.Key ResponsibilitiesDocument end-to-end P2P processes (supplier onboarding to payment)Create SOPs, workflows, and RACI modelsDrive process improvements using Lean / Six SigmaIdentify automation opportunities using Oracle Fusion, ServiceNow, Automation AnywhereDefine KPIs, SLAs, and ensure compliance with audit standards Collaborate with global finance stakeholdersRequired SkillsStrong experience in Procure-to-Pay (P2P) / Accounts Payable Hands-on with Oracle Fusion (must-have) Experience in process documentation & improvement Knowledge of Lean / Six Sigma methodologies Exposure to ServiceNow / RPA tools is a plus
