Apply today!Position Summary:The Paralegal provides legal and administrative support to the company's Legal department and the Vice President and General CounselKey Responsibilities and Essential Functions:Includes the following: Other duties may be assigned.ContractsReview Owner ContractsSubcontracts, Purchase Orders, and other standard formsBonds and InsuranceNegotiate/Review third party agreements, as assignedBidding/ProposalsLitigationLicensing and RegistrationCorporate Issues:TrainingProfessional/Trade OrganizationsLegal Department AdministrationAffiliate SupportRisk Mitigation and Compliance SupportOther:Background and due diligence research of Owner, Subcontractors, and others as neededDatabase programming changesLegal history database inputProcedures/formsOrganizing prior corporate booksLessons LearnedLegislative OverviewUpdates and maintains a procedure manualEducation, Experience, and Qualifications:To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
