Company Description We suggest you enter details here. Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Help Desk Specialist, located in Birmingham, AL, with some opportunities for remote work. The Help Desk Specialist will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware. The daily tasks include troubleshooting system and network problems, diagnosing and resolving technical issues, and documenting user feedback and resolutions. The role involves active collaboration with other team members to ensure seamless customer and technical support. Qualifications Proficiency in providing Technical Support and Help Desk Support.Strong Troubleshooting skills for identifying and resolving technical issues.Experience with Desktop Computers and ability to assist users with software and hardware problems.Effective Customer Support skills, including the ability to communicate solutions clearly and professionally.Strong organizational and time management skills.Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment.Prior experience in a similar role is a plus.Associate's or bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field is beneficial but not required.
