Through extensive hands-on training at our manufacturing sites and ongoing mentorship from experienced sales professionals, the Junior Sales Associate will gain a deep understanding of our products, capabilities, and customer landscape before transitioning into active field engagement.In this role, you will help expand the company's presence within the OEM and fabrication channels, strengthen relationships with customers, and identify new applications for our diverse product portfolio. Our materials serve a wide range of industries-including chemical processing, semiconductors, aviation, orthopedics, outdoor recreation, signage, furniture, and marine-offering a unique opportunity to learn how performance plastics enable innovation across markets.The ideal candidate is curious, motivated, and ready to collaborate across commercial, technical, and operational teams. You will contribute to market research, business planning, and opportunity development while learning how to translate customer needs into actionable strategies.
