LLOYD, Inc is seeking an experienced and motivated 3rd Shift Packaging Supervisor to lead our Packaging and Labeling operations in a fast-paced pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.This leadership role is ideal for someone with strong manufacturing experience who is willing to learn, thrives in a hands-on supervisory position focused on quality, safety, production efficiency, and team development.Responsibilities IncludeSupervising and supporting packaging personnel on 3rd shiftTraining employees on GMPs, SOPs, safety procedures, and daily operationsTroubleshooting packaging and labeling equipment issuesSupporting production goals and continuous improvement initiativesPerforming secondary production checks and ensuring product quality standardsAssisting with CAPA development and root cause investigationsQualified Candidates Will HavePrior supervisory or lead experience in manufacturing or packaging operationsPharmaceutical manufacturing experience preferredStrong understanding of GMPs, safety practices, and quality standardsExcellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently and manage priorities effectivelyMechanical aptitude and troubleshooting abilityEducation & ExperienceHigh School Diploma requiredAssociate or Bachelor’s Degree preferredMinimum 2 years of packaging/manufacturing experience preferredPhysical RequirementsAbility to stand, walk, bend, climb, and lift up to 40 lbs.Ability to work in a controlled manufacturing environment
