PositionCorporate Affairs Senior Manager, Internal CommunicationsJob DescriptionWhat You'll Be Doing:Oversee and execute operational and tactical aspects of Arrow’s internal communications framework in the Americas and globally to further build company culture and workplace experience, including emails, town hall support, intranet articles, flyers, and moreAdvise leaders and cross-functional stakeholders in our Americas region on Arrow’s internal communication processes to ensure consistency in messaging that aligns with strategic priorities while maintaining global standardsPartner with communications leadership and business stakeholders to develop narratives that are clear, interesting, and relevant with target audiencesDeliver a consistent, high-quality internal communications experience in the Americas and globally and in partnership with the regional corporate affairs senior managersAct as a visible champion and role model, internally and externally, reinforcing Arrow’s valuesPrimary AccountabilitiesLead and develop internal communications managers to scale our One Arrow strategyManage internal communications for Americas-based chief growth officers, their direct reports, and other Americas-based VPs and shared services functionsOversee annual refresh of our One Arrow frameworkOversee internal communications review and approval process, including the weekly editorial calendar and providing an initial review and approval of all internal communications requestsManage intranet homepage and pertinent subsite strategy, including automation opportunities, analytics, and content creationOversee and manage vendor relationships and usage, including processing invoices and purchase ordersExecute on global campaigns, including the overall planning and channel strategyDevelop clear, compelling narratives for Americas and global communicationsExecute managerial duties, including expense reports, time-off requests, and other administrative responsibilitiesEstablish and manage internal and external relationships with leaders, subject matter experts, project team members, vendors, and other partners to coordinate tactical efforts while driving overall program successMeasure and share success by gathering internal data, managing the quarterly executive-level scorecard, and researching best practices and benchmark dataOptimize processes and leverage automated technologies to enhance employee experience, improve efficiency, or reduce costsExecute against departmental and programmatic goals, ensuring delivery against defined priorities and success metricsPartner and collaborate with regional corporate affairs senior managers to grow and manage internal communications strategic prioritiesPartner with the corporate affairs director, internal communications and community forward, on executive-level communications, global town halls, annual Leadership Forum, crisis management, budget administration, and other prioritiesWhat We Are Looking ForFive or more years’ experience with a global enterprise strongly preferredStrong written and verbal English communication skills, including editing and presentation capabilities; additional language skills a plusEntrepreneurial leader who thrives in team-based environments and people managementFlexibility to adjust working hours, as needed, to collaborate with global teams and support business needs and key stakeholdersDemonstrated attention to detail, ensuring accurate, high-quality execution while managing competing prioritiesEffectively prioritize multiple deadlines and respond with urgency and resourcefulnessStrong interpersonal skills and a collaborative working style across teams and functionsData-driven and tech savvy mindset and the ability to modernize practices through digitization and leverage automation capabilitiesLearns quickly and is highly adaptable to changeWork ArrangementHybrid: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday required office days for Panorama Office site; Monday, Friday-work from home.What’s In It For YouAt Arrow, we recognize that financial rewards and great benefits are important aspects of an ideal job.
