Position Summary
The Administrative Support I team member serves as the primary front-office support for our home healthcare office and plays an essential role in daily operations. This position is responsible for answering phones, correcting EVV for home health aides, following up on physician orders, and providing limited field support such as transportation and document delivery as needed.
Key Responsibilities
Front Office & Communication
Answer and route incoming phone calls in a professional and timely manner
Greet visitors and provide general information to clients, caregivers, and staff
Maintain a professional and welcoming front office environment
EVV & Aide Support
Review, correct, and reconcile Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) entries for home health aides
Communicate with aides regarding missed or incorrect EVV entries
Ensure EVV documentation is accurate and compliant with payer and state requirements
Clinical & Administrative Support
Follow up on physician orders, signatures, and required documentation
Track outstanding orders and communicate status updates to clinical and administrative staff
Assist with maintaining patient records and administrative files
Field & Operational Support
Provide occasional field support, including transportation for staff, document drop-offs, or supply pickups
Assist with general office operations to support continuity of patient care
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required
Previous experience in a medical office, home healthcare, or administrative role preferred
Familiarity with EVV systems is a plus
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Reliable transportation and ability to perform limited field duties as needed

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
Work Location: In person
