Strivector's premier client (a well-known market leader in their space) is hiring for the following full-time direct hire position.Position OverviewAs a Sr Sourcing Manager, your roles and responsibilities will include:Competently source marketing services spend by engaging strategic suppliers and applying industry knowledge.Draft, negotiate, and execute various contractual documents, including master service agreements, statements of work, letter agreements, and purchase orders.Develop and implement sustainable strategies for assigned vendors/categories, involving spend analysis, market considerations, and strategic importance.Evaluate current market conditions regularly and make necessary changes to align with TMUS business needs.Support the evolution of supplier management through scorecard development, participation in innovation sessions, and leading quarterly reviews for strategic suppliers.Cultivate collaborative relationships with business owners and strategic suppliers, while leading or supporting projects with best-in-class sourcing practices.Drive the development and negotiations of complex agreements with suppliers, encompassing key program specifications and objectives.Summarize and present business cases and agreements for executive review and approval, and handle other duties/projects as assigned by business management.QualificationsThe ideal Sr Sourcing Manager would be someone with deep experience in many (if not all) of the following:Bachelor's Degree Business, Finance, Technology or Engineering (Required)7-10 years' Experience in sourcing, preferably in marketing categories. (Required)7-10 years of Extensive experience managing Business Requirements, Project Plans, Project Schedules, and associated project materials in a mid to large-size company. (Required)7-10 years experience in negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills (Required).5-7 years experience in marketing procurement best practices, trends, marketplace, and tools.
