A day in the lifeIt’s 5:50 a.m. in Minneapolis, MN, 55428. You step onto the production floor, review the job ticket, and walk the line with the Press Operator. By 6:00 a.m., sheets are ready and the KBA 105/106 sheetfed presses are warming up. You help dial in ink and water balance, verify color targets, and confirm that the 6- and 7-color 40" configurations are set correctly. As the run begins, you’re watching registration, feeding accuracy, and consistency—because quality and uptime are your priorities.Why this role works for youWeekend 12-hour shift: Friday–Saturday–Sunday, 6:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m.Pay structure: Work 36 hours and get paid for 40, plus a weekend shift differential.Impact: Your precision helps us hit deadlines and deliver premium print quality.What you’ll doSupport the Press Operator with setup, operation, and care of lithographic sheetfed presses (KBA 105 and 106).Continuously monitor output to ensure color, registration, and finish meet spec.Assist with fine-tuning ink/water balance for optimum results.Pitch in on routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting to minimize downtime.Coordinate with the production team to achieve schedule and quality goals.Keep your area orderly and compliant with 5S and safety practices.Follow all safety rules, lockout/tagout, and company procedures.What you bringHigh school diploma or equivalent; technical training in printing is a plus.Hands-on experience as a Litho Press Feeder or related print production role.Working knowledge of offset printing processes and equipment.Meticulous attention to detail with solid problem-solving skills.Comfort working independently and within a collaborative team.Clear communication style and a can-do attitude.Flexibility to work overtime as needed.LocationMinneapolis, MN, 55428Meyers is an equal opportunity employer
