This role emphasizes teamwork and collaboration while delivering patient-centered nursing services./n/nResponsibilities/n/n- Conduct nursing assessments for all patients within 8 hours of admission to develop individualized plans of care./n- Identify patient and family education needs through assessment and collaboration with the interdisciplinary team./n- Deliver patient information and status updates in a timely manner for team conferences./n- Document all assessments, interventions, and patient responses accurately and promptly in the medical record./n- Participate in patient rehabilitation programs and ensure direct patient care following the nursing process./n- Initiate discharge planning and patient education from the day of admission./n- Communicate changes in patient status effectively to ensure continuity of care./n- Provide direction and support to ancillary nursing personnel, promoting a positive work environment./n- Maintain environmental safety and adhere to hospital safety policies./n- Assume charge responsibilities as requested and identify areas for personal professional growth./n/n/nRequired Experience / Certifications / Licensure/n/n- BLS Certification required prior to the first shift./n- ACLS certification required prior to the first shift (specific to CIRH)./n- Minimum of two years of bedside clinical experience is highly desired./n/n/nWhy ARMStaffing?/nAt ARMStaffing, we take care of our employees!
