Maintenance Technician (Senior Living Facility)

Experience in Long Term Care Facility / Independent Living Facility *Must know building codes to ensure a safe, comfortable environment for tenants, visitors, and staff. *Maintains building climate by troubleshooting heating, ventilation and air conditioning equipment. *Maintains lighting by installing light bulbs and ballasts; repairing electrical wiring and fixtures. *Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules and regulations. *Basic knowledge of Tools and uses of tools *Experience in skilled trades, electrical, plumbing, drywall, painting, flooring a plus *HVAC experience a plus *Experience in pool maintenance and fish pond a plus *Able to lift 50 lbs. or more *Experience in customer service *All other duties as assigned Shift available Day shift Full Time Mon - Fri - alternating weekends Job Type: Full-time Benefits: Dental insurance Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Schedule: 8 hour shift Experience: Maintenance Tech: 1 year (Required) Work Location: In person
