Grow. with us.What we're looking for:Client is looking for a detail-oriented and data-driven Credit Risk Analyst to join our Credit Risk team.This role is responsible for producing insightful reports, dashboards, and analytics that support credit risk monitoring, strategy evaluation, and regulatory compliance.The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, a solid understanding of credit risk concepts, and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.What you'll be doing:Develop and maintain recurring and ad-hoc credit risk reports and dashboardsConduct in-depth credit risk analysis across the credit lifecycleMonitor key risk indicators (KRIs) and identify emerging trendsStreamline and automate reporting processesDocument reporting methodologies and maintain data dictionaries and process guides.Support regulatory and audit reporting requirements with accurate and timely dataCollaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance risk frameworks and improve data qualityQualifications/ What you bring (Must Haves) Highlight Top 3-5 skillsBachelor's degree or higher in Analytics, Statistics, Finance, Accounting, Math, Computer Science, Economics, Engineering or similar analytical/STEM field1-2 years' experience in analytical rolesDemonstrated experience in SQL or Python (this will be tested during interviews)Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau and Power BIProblem-solving skills with strengths in Data Acquisition, Manipulation, Cleaning, Analysis and Presentation of ResultsAbility to interpret complex data, identify trends, and evaluate potential risksProficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Basic understanding of credit risk conceptsAdded bonus if you have (Preferred):Master's degree in an analytical fieldAuto Finance or Banking experienceCertification in Tableau or Power BI
