Coordinator for SCADamp

As a coordinator for SCADamp, the university's professional presentation studio, you will work closely with the director and SCADamp coaches to assist staff with professional communication workshops, events, and coaching through technical support and implementation. Among other duties, you will proactively develop timelines, status updates, and result reports. Responsibilities include the maintenance of accurate resource and technology records, the organization and streamlining of department processes, and participation in SCADamp engagements. You will also coordinate attendee requirements for engagements.In this role, you will maintain and archive records of all SCADamp activities for accreditation and institutional assessment, providing unconditional support to guarantee success in all related matters. You will maintain your knowledge of the latest presentation software and technology solutions and assist with data tracking and analysis. You will also maintain the SCADamp inventory to ensure optimal functionality and use. Additionally, you will collaborate across all departments and locations to certify the university's success.The ideal candidate displays excellent organizational skills and acute attention to detail to prioritize and manage projects. They can effectively communicate with a diverse student, alumni, faculty, and staff population while remaining flexible to adapt to new directions and initiatives. The candidate also demonstrates an exceptional work ethic, working well both independently and as part of a team, to meet expectations and deadlines.Minimum qualifications:Bachelor's degree, preferably in information technology, project management, or a related fieldAt least one year of related professional experienceExperience working in an innovative, fast-moving, and professional environmentAdvanced experience using presentation and videoconferencing technology solutions such as PowerPoint, Keynote, Prezi, Zoom, Go-to-Meeting, and telepresence robotsTravel required:* 10%Work hours: The university work week is Sunday through Saturday.
