This role helps coordinate patient care, administrative workflows, scheduling, billing support, and team communication while ensuring HIPAA compliance.Key ResponsibilitiesOperations & AdministrationSupport daily office and clinic operationsManage scheduling, emails, calls, records, and documentationCoordinate workflows and internal communicationsAssist leadership with reporting and staff coordinationClinical CoordinationSchedule patient visits and provider assignmentsSupport patient intake and EMR/EHR documentationCoordinate referrals, authorizations, medical records, and provider ordersCommunicate with pharmacies, labs, imaging centers, and care teamsBilling & ComplianceAssist with CPT/ICD-10 coding and billing accuracySupport charge capture and documentation complianceMaintain HIPAA standards and audit readinessTeam SupportFacilitate communication between departmentsParticipate in staff meetings and workflow improvementsAssist with inventory tracking and supply coordinationQualificationsHigh school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred2+ years of healthcare administration or operations experienceKnowledge of CPT/ICD-10 billing proceduresExperience with EMR/EHR systems preferredStrong communication, organization, and multitasking skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Teams/Zoom
