Job Description: Design and build scalable AI/ML infrastructure for VLM training, tuning, deployment, and lifecycle managementLeverage agentic coding tools (e.g., Claude Code, Codex) to generate code, tests, and documentationDirect AI-assisted development by crafting prompts, reviewing outputs, and ensuring production-quality resultsOwn code quality through reviews with a focus on scalability, performance, and maintainabilityContribute to backend systems, API design, and occasional full-stack development workCollaborate closely with product, design, and engineering teams to deliver high-impact solutionsRequirements: 2+ years of software engineering experienceStrong Python skills with a solid understanding of ML concepts (e.g., VLMs, RAG, fine-tuning)Experience building backend systems and REST APIsFamiliarity with Git, modern development tools, and web security fundamentalsComfortable working across the stack when neededStrong interest in AI-assisted development workflowsPreferred: Experience with AWS infrastructurePreferred: Experience with databases such as MySQL or MongoDBPreferred: Exposure to Agile development environmentsDegree in Computer Science, Engineering, Math, Physics, or equivalent experienceBenefits: Transparent, reliable, and growing relationships with our team and customersProfessional development
